I know we all share this. I had a really obnoxious week with unexpected expenses, car battery, dead washer, lost cell phone, stained new skirt, and a bottle of home brew (DD's) that exploded in a closet... Making a quilt for my BFF's grandaughter really kept me sane, reminded me of a wonderful friendship, with pride in my craft and knowledge of the happiness it will bring.

Thankgoodness You are on the downside of the week hehehe

I understand your week. Sorry it was so bad for you. But as the saying goes when it rains it pours and frankly I'm getting sick and tired of it.

amen on the sanity vice. I love quilting, sewing and piddling in it.

My tag line is "quilting is my therapy" and it is so true. Hang in there. It will get better.
