Quilting Friends Everywhere: Our dear friend - a sometimes quick witted nemisis, Trupeach, really needs our encouraging words. As you all know (I think) her daughter was seriously injured last summer, when a huge rock was thrown into the taxi cab she was riding in. It happened in Ohio.

I don't feel comfortable explaining in detail, but want all of you to know she needs to know how much we love and care for her. I think it might be nice to send her a simple square of fabric, perhaps 5 or 6 inches. She told me she has always wanted a quilt that was just blue and white. It is also close to valentine's day. If you need her address, pm me or ask on this thread and I'll pm you back.

You all have come through for me so many times, I just know you will want to help her get through the next few days and weeks as she takes care of her daughter. Thanks for caring so much about so many. Gwyn

I have a squishy to send to Peachy, that I had to wait for fixed income check to be able to send. It's here now.
Trupeach has really been through quite an ordeal, and has really struggled to stay strong through it all.
We are not talking a beautiful daughter that just needs to heal, we are talking a tragedy that won't completely go away. A mom's heartbreak, y'all.
I'll see if I have any blue and whites to add to it, too, Gwynn. Your a thoughtful friend, and understanding. :-D
