Hi, I know a lot of the wonderful people here on the board have animals, and a lot of them are rescued animals. Just wondered if you all know about The Animal Rescue Site http://www.theanimalrescuesite.com It is free for you to click and give food to animal shelters. You can join for free and get a reminder each day to click and give. Then you can click and specify a favorite shelter, and the one that gets the most votes will win a large money prize. Just follow the directions after clicking the 1st time, and you'll help a lot of animals in shelters.
Debbie :D

I found out quite by accident that my mailman rescues strays. He and his wife live on a farm out of town and take in so many cats and dogs.
I save all my coupons for him and cat food whenever I can get it. He is such a sweet guy.
Thanks, Debbie, for the link! Raising awareness is so important :)

Don't stop there - click to help feed the hungry, support breast cancer research, literacy and rainforest - all on the same link.

There is also www.clicktogive.com.

Also, freekibble.com. Answer the questions and the cats and dogs get food whether the answer is right or wrong.

Thanks for the reminder. Both these sites send free daily reminders. It is how I like to start my day because there are cute heartwarming stories and lovely pictures. And there are just fun trivia things on freekibble. I am learning a lot!
