Bless him for using his head. He found your scissors and then confessed !!!!Kiss him and buy a new scissors for your sewing room. I tie a red ribbon on the handle of MY scissors. I also have a school supply drawer with scissors, colors, Scotch tape, paper clips, etc.... Hugs and a kiss for your husband

give him a break, as a x- beautician and from experience I know that his beard didn't do any damage. But cutting fabric with barber shears, dulls them in no time.

WELL, SOMEONE out there would love to feel his half shorn face, So my suggestion is to give him a kiss and go hide my good scissors. ha.

LOL......No need to go out and buy new scissors to "show" him that he broke a cardinal rule.

Our scissors are not that delicate that one wrong cut ruins them for life.

Looks like everyone votes for a pass, a hug and scissors for every room in the house! I also have a tag on my (hidden) fabric scissors warning 'These are MY scissors! Death to trespassers!' Apparently it works. No one has died yet.

Cutting hair is not far different from cutting wool, both are primarily protein. I think it's probably not a bad thing for your scissors. Still he should be prepared IN CASE you need to purchase a nice new pair because of this.
