okay, this is probably a dumb question, but we have started drinking soy milk. has anyone ever made cream gravy with it? i love bisquits and gravy, but don't know if it would taste too good. just asking. thanks.

I don't think I would, as it is slightly sweeter than cow milk. But you could try it. I use it a lot and found you can even "Sour" it like reg. milk by adding a spoonful of vinegar, where you need sour milk for pancakes or whatever.
