I was just reminded that today is his birthday! I don't usually forget it but would've today, I guess. I sure did like him and his music (still do!).

I always remember his birthday because today is my birthday too.:thumbup: Makes it easy for my kids to remember to call me.

I always remember it! My DMIL was born the same day, same year as Elvis...so they would have been 78 yesterday...besides, my oldest son was born on the 7th...
I celebrated by listening to a couple of Elvis CD's and putting on a movie on TCM.

Also, Richard Nixon would have been 100 today.

I have a twin and we share Elvis' birthday every year.
