sugar recipe for feet and legs

This is wonderful to rub on your legs and feet. Just be careful when rinsing off since it can make the area a bit slippery.

It is so simple ~ fill a small container (like cottage cheese size) three quarters full with plain sugar. Add baby oil and stir till it becomes a nice mixture. Rub it on feet and legs and relax. Again, careful rinsing off because the shower or bath can get slippery from the oil.

This is used by some high dollar spas as a defoliator and it is so very nice to use. Hope y'all enjoy this!!!!!

I love a good sugar scrub, mix sugar with your favorite shower gel.

Cool, thanks for the tip. If you need a really good hand exfoliator mix sugar with pure lemon juice, really wring your hands and rub it in...rinse off and moisturise, works a treat.

I do this but I use Burts Bees almond oil. It smells wonderful.
