I called my dh in my sewing room to show him the dilema I was in. I have a quilt top almost finished but don't have enough fabric to do the borders. (this one is done in batiks) The borders are suppose to be 6-1/4" but I don't have enough to go around for the borders & the binding. THEN I started cutting up pastels for a retreat I am going to at the end of march. Thinking I had enough pastels of course & I got half way thru cutting it out & ran out of fabric. So I said "should I add these fabrics to it" & He said "No, they don't go with it" HUH???? He said "Well let's plan on going to Paducah to Hancock's next week & we'll get the fabric for both of them" I am speechless! so I have a date for next Sat. Hip hip hoooray!
