Chasing Hawk, that is because the thiefs know in Dallas Tx. Police put out cars like that to catch them. Maybe they were afraid to take it, afraid of getting caught.LOL

I don't think they had "Bait cars" back then. I don't think they were afraid of getting caught. Because judging by the criminals on the Bait car show none of them watch tv......lol Or they would know it's a TRAP.....HAHA!!

The guy I first dated drove a Pinto and the wiper on the driver's side didn't work. So when it rained, he had a string tied to it, and pulled from inside the car. There' something in the wiper that makes it go back down.
