I love her Cobbled Court series. The main character starts out by separating from her husband, taking off driving and coming to a town with a Cobbled lane that she follows. In the center of the lane is Cobbled Court and an empty building that would be perfect for a quilt shop. The series are all based on different customers and/or employees of the Cobbled Court Quilt Shop. I love Marie's character development. She does a great job!

what is the title of the first novel? Please and thank you

BarbaraSue 04-27-2012 11:48 AM

The fisrt novel is "A single Thread".

I love her series. It is not a mystery series, and not like the Elm Creek Quilts. Just about a group that live among each other, quilts and helps each other through life events.

GREAT AUTHOR-I have the first 4 of the series-all signed by Marie-I belong to her reading friends, and have 4 more of her novels in the Wings series, and one in a collaboration with 2 other authors-go onto her website-www.mariebostwick.com
and you can find out all the books she has written-just saw her yesterday up in AQS show in Paducah
