Turned a Baby Bib into an Adult Bib
5 Attachment(s)
I really like this child bib pattern using a washcloth http://www.parkerpiecekeepers.com/fr...m-members.html so decided to try enlarging it for an adult, using a hand towel. When seated, the hand towel covers the front and the lap. Instead of using velcro or snaps to close the yoke, I sewed the ends of the yoke together, it slips snugly over my head so hopefully it will pretty much fit the same on someone else. I am giving them to a friend who works with the activities director at a convalescent home. She said they always need bibs.
The neck circumference is horizontal 6-7/8", vertical 6-3/8". |

These are great. A wonderful project. Thanks for the inspiration:)

Those bibs are so pretty! I keep teasing my DH and DD about making them bibs for when they eat in the car. They always end up dripping on themselves! These bibs don't really look like bibs - too pretty. Nice job!

Those are the nicest adult bibs I've seen!

How creative you are! What a great idea and you really made some beautiful bibs! They will be appreciated!

What an awesome idea! Very fashionable. I'm thinking those would be great for a BBQ or crawfish boil, steamed crab, lobster. How handy!

An excellent idea for my mom in assisted living. I will be making some for her and her tablemates. Thank you for the inspiration.

Very nice and doesn't look like a bib. Worked in a NH home and they need their dignity and these provide that.

They look so much better than those old bibs. Thanks for sharing.
