Unhappy News
it is with great sadness that i report the passing of one of our members.
oldcottontop a junior member of this board died this week. It was quite a shock to her friends as she had not been ill. Linda had just retired and was planning all the quilts she wanted to make. She was also a valued member of her Church quilting guild. She will definitely be missed. she was a caring person. her signature was "People may not remember exactly what you did, or what you said --but--They will always remember how you made them feel." i'm sure she will be remembered as somebody who made those around her feel special. May memories of her be a comfort to those who knew and loved her. |
