I have some Gingher scissors and the ends of them are trying to cross over, they were fine when I got them a few months ago, but then they started to stick and now it is like the are crossing over on the tips. I bought them on ebay so I can't return them (they were in a set of five), does anyone have an answer or solution to the problem?
Thanks |
no answer but you might look at their site online and see if you can contact them. they may replace for you.
or just take them to a scissors man. someone who works on them and perhaps they can be adjusted. |
Sounds like they may have been dropped.

I send an email to gingher - awaitng a reply.

Gingher offers a maintenance service (bottom of page).
http://www.gingher.us/Gingher_Maintenance.html The $7.50 cost will bring them back to new. I use it all the time for sharpening and the occasional dropping. |
oh wonderful! I was sure someone here had the answer :)
