Weight loss challenge with a prize Feb.....the rules
On Feb 1 weigh yourself and write it down. This is the honor system DO NOT send it to me. On Feb 28 PM me with the amount you lost. That is the ONLY time you will PM me. This is weight lost not % so please DO NOT suggest % lost as we have found it works for us the way we have it with pounds lost. We go off topic with chit chat if you have a problem with that and will complain (people have in the past) PLEASE do not join. You will come to this thread for tips, encouragement, recipes and {{{HUGS}}}}}. The PRIZE.....is a themed FQ...... Feb is Presidents and Valentines day it is also Super Bowl Sunday this months theme is............ GUYS.......think football, baseball, hunting and fishing. If you do not have the themed FQ PLEASE send what you have but send something it seems people join and never follow through with sending the winner their prize. Eat healthy, exercise, TRY and lose weight but most of all have fun. |
