Besides getting together with family for an awesome meal and reflecting on our many blessings....

My favorite part is lazily heating up leftovers all weekend long   and doing absolutely nothing but what I consider fun and relaxing 8) 8) 8)

My favorite part is relaxing after dinner is cleaned up.

Sometimes my sister and I shop a little on Friday, usually we just make plans for the season, finalize Christmas lists, strategize!! Then the kids and I come home (we travel to NE Ohio for EVERY holiday and have for 30 years!) and get started with decorating and movie watching. Maybe a little cyber shopping

What 4-day weekend?? I have to go back to work on Friday. We were told we would have it off a couple of weeks ago. But now they said we are behind on some orders ( our sales people are promising our products to the customers within 2 weeks time.) so we have been working over time all last week and now this weekend too. But I'm sure the bosses will enjoy their holiday time off.

I am so sorry to hear that!!! :( :( :( I worked at a place that would do the same, only we would not be told until a day or two before the holiday    Overtime pay just doesn't make up for the time loss with family plans....

This is the first 4-day T-day weekend I have had off in I can't remember when. I will enjoy family, food, movies, quilting, and thanking the Good Lord for all the blessings he has bestowed upon us this year.

I will also be praying for Shadow and her recovery from surgery on the 25th.

I got my four day weekend this weekend. We had our dinner and the rest is just relaxing and eating leftovers.
