Potato chip tuna casserole. Yummy and quick!!!

Salmon patties, mashed potatoes, creamed peas, and coleslaw. No desert tonight for me, but hubby had peanut butter pie. Yum!

Baked pork chops, yellow rice, brussel sprouts, peas and corn.

That brings back memories- my mom used to make that. I had Trader Joe's Mandarin Orange Chicken & apples.

I'm sorry I missed dinner (smile).

I was so busy today I didn't even think about supper untill late. We had omelets with peppers, green onions. sausage and cheese! :D

That sounds so delicious!!! We had homemade pizza. :-)

Grilled butterflied chicken breast, homemade sourcream & chives potatoes & buttered carrots, cracked wheat rolls and sugar free lemon pound cake for dessert.

We had leftover Coney Island dogs with homemade sauce.

We had pork tenderloin in the crockpot, baked sweet potatoes, creamed corn and leftover pistachio pie. Tomorrow is hubby's birthday and some friends and family are coming over and I'm making pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, a fruit coleslaw, baked beans and his favorite cake, called "pig-lickin cake". And on Thursday, I'm headed out on my vacation, so no cooking for me for 3 weeks!!! Yay!
