Why did I take such a break?
 

It has been ages since I have been here on the board. Last year was a tough one, seeming to never have time to myself. I did a bit of quilting, tried to run a quilt guild and take care of sick parents. What did that mean? Not a lot of time for the computer and this fantastic board. Checked it all back out today and I could cry over all I have missed. So looking forward to trying to catch up to where I left off. Totally missed you all. Here is to a much better 2013!!

Welcome back! Days can all run together when I'm stressed. Something that happened in the news five years ago will seem like just a year ago to me. That's a sign I'm under too much stress even when I don't think I am.

Glad you are back. I understand a bit of what you have been through. I am also helping to take care of a parent, etc. I have decided that if I wait for my life to get back to normal, I will never get to do some of the things I would like. This is my new normal and I will make the best of it. We can only do what we can do.
