Are you wearing a veil or getting Botox??? Crazy questions we get!

Yes, a fellow bride actually asked me this! We were both in our mid 40's and both of us getting married for the first time. Chatting about our respective wedding plans, she asked me this question! After laughing histerically ....I replied that I did not realize that these were options for me! A few weeks after my wedding, I attended hers. She looked amazing! Uh, no, I did not do either! Too funny!

What crazy questions or comments have you received?

I so don't get the Botox thing. So many actresses who've admitted to getting it done just seem so flat and expressionless. Seems like it would be a mistake in the long run.

Congrats on getting married, by the way, and good for you for going natural!

So in other words, she put on a fake face, for her wedding.

I guess if you want to say that but wearing makeup is "fake" too isnt it? We both wore makeup as do most brides. She just took care of her "smoker" brow. I just giggled at her question to me...I could use some Botox now....ten years later! LOL! But I HATE needles.

I'd rather spend the money on fabric!!!

To me it's no good; you just have to keep redoing it -- like exercise. :D

Congrats on your wedding, some people are too rude. I bet she just wanted to brag about her botox.
she's also probably the quilt police.

I have, after 40 years of marriage, been asked why I married HIM!! Whoa! That just floored me...so this year visiting in my hometown I was ready. Another person (they are always males who ask...so clueless) asked if I was still with...uhm...HIM. I pointed to my husband and said, "Well, yes, you know it's all about hormones. Those hormones just talk to each other." The guy left before I said anymore. It was hysterical. It was at a church function which made it even better! So, yes, weird questions abound!
