Thumbs up Proud mom of an Eagle scout

My son just got his Eagle Scout award! We are so proud of him. Our middle son is also an Eagle scout. It's quite and achievement for the boys to have on a college application or a job resume. We are proud of them both.

Congratulations. My nephew is an Eagle Scout, it takes a lot of hard work. A great accomplishment for your boys. You have every right to be proud.

[QUOTE=maryb119;4790025]My son just got his Eagle Scout award! We are so proud of him. Our middle son is also an Eagle scout. It's quite and achievement for the boys to have on a college application or a job resume.

You're right about that job resume. My late DH (an Eagle himself as were both his brothers and our son) said that if he
got several resumes for a job, all more or less the same, the Eagle would be the one to get the job because he knew how long it took to work for such an achievement. Congratulations to him AND his brother, and his family who did a lot to help him.
