If someone in America is reluctant to give their postal address (which is fair enough, you've gotta be careful about security on the net) is there a way to still send them something? Like to a neutral place where they can pick it up?

They can have it sent to general delivery at the post office in their home town.
if they won't provide an address, i wouldn't send the item. :?
