I am in the processing of organizing a get together for the Board Members in East TN. Is there a way that you can send a PM to multiple addressees at one time? I wanted to send the same message to several people who had responded. I ended up copying and pasting the same message 5 or 6 times. Thought there might be an easier way, but couldn't figure it out.

I think you have to do one at a time. Just copy and paste for each one. That's better than retyping it all out!
