I don't fish. Well, to qualify, I can fish, but I can't catch, so I don't fish. But any outdoor activity when the weather is nice should be taken advantage of. There are few nice days here - either too cold for 9 months, or too hot. Lately we have had 2 seasons, winter and summer.

I love to fish. I go everytime I get the chance. Started when I was very young.

I really enjoy fishing. I admit that I am not as good as the guys in my family but they don't razz me about. Why? because I am cheif cook and bottle washer when we are at the cottage. I also love to cook, especially my cinnamon rolls for breakfast most mornings.
Do I like it as much as sewing? No, sewing can be done anytime of the year and I don't get sunburned or bitten by bugs sitting at my machine.

I do! My father was a commercial lobster fisherman. I grew up on boats. Had my boating license and captains license before I had my drivers license.

My mom's a Coastie too. So I guess you can say it's in my blood.

I've been fishing twice. My DH says I fish "like a girl" because i won't bait the hook and I won't take the fish off the hook. Otherwise it was ok to dangle the line in the water. LOL

I love fishing too!!!! Can't wait to get down the coast again. I prefer fishing in the sea rather than the lakes and rivers around here

Not me, man.
10 years old, fly fishing with Daddy, caught the hook in my shoulder. That 'cured' me. :? :(
