Hi, I'm visiting my daughter in New Orleans next month for a few days. Are there any great quilt stores, I should really try to visit while there.

There are 2 in N.O. -- Mes Amis is on Spanish Fort Blvd. near the lakefront and The Quilted Owl is on Jefferson Hwy. Both are great and the ladies at both are very nice. Also if you have time to take a ride there is Bright Hopes Quilt Shop in Covington across the lake (about 45 min ride--but a nice ride). Also there is a Hobby Lobby across the lake. When are you coming?

Right now, probably Easter weekend. That may change, depending on our family caregivers for my MIL. My daughter's birthday is the 6th and we wanted to visit then.
