"Just keep in mind that your function here is to have fun and not to be someone else's interior decorator! So ... go forth and have fun!" ~Krystyna
I cannot count my day complete 'til needle, thread and fabric meet.
I listen to Sirius Channels 63 (Christian) and 16 (Rock Blend). Love having background music.
When I'm cutting, absolutely nothing because I forget what I'm doing. Otherwise, good ol' rock or country. LOUD, lol
Just about anything really.... My iPod has everything from Broadway to classical to new age to country to light rock to Christian. Lately, I've been on a Broadway kick - listened to the soundtrack from "Wicked" about ten times over the weekend... Whatever it is, I have to have some music going in the background.

Blessed are the children of quilters, for they shall inherit the quilts....
It does not do well, Harry, to dwell on the dreams....and forget to live. - Albus Dumbledore
I have Christian music on...sometimes radio - sometimes ipod or itunes.

I listen to music from South Africa, especially the Drakensberg Boys' Choir. It has beat, jazzy, keeps me focused on fun quilting.
I listen to any "Moments of Peace" CDs by Charles Suniga

I choose to give my life away for things that last forever
Country or Broadway....I can be loud and obnoxious while sitting alone in the house sewing when my husband is at work.
I like to listen to the hum of my machine.![]()
