I started sewing by making myself clothes. I made a lot of clothes for my kids when they were young. I've made many doll clothes, too. Quilting is my main interest now. The biggest problem with making clothes now is the poor quality of fabric at the chain stores. I loved knits when I was sewing clothes. My local chain store is hopeless. Ordering fabric online is just not the same. That is frustrating.

It's going ok. I basted in another 2" trying to make it fit. A new friend here suggested darts.
