I came across this article on facebook from Quilters newsletter magazine and wanted to share it. It is awesome to have "quilter" mentioned after her name. I think that one word says so much about this lady.

That was a very interesting read. So many times the media focuses only on the "headline grabbers" and barely mentions the other people. I know that everyone's heart goes out to the family of the child that was killed but there are other families that lost people that they loved just as much and they're greiving just as hard.

Yes, it is awesome. Sure wish we didn't have to learn about her this way, though.

No one can be prepeared for this kind of tragedy. My sympathy and prayers to her family.
