So many of us have those lovable "quilt testers" AKA cats!
I came in this morning to work on a project to discover I had left the quilt folded up on my table in my quilt playground. That is not a problem. What was... I left the door open and Tazzie decided she would try out the quilt for the last couple of nights to make sure it was the right comfort feel. Well in doing so, she has left behind her trademark.... FURR! I went to get my trusty tool in removing furr and thought.... I need to share with others on the quilt board.

My trusty tool in removing pet hair from quilt projects is the
Pet Sweeper! I love this thing! Works better than any tape type lint/hair remover. You can see it in this picture with Tazzie.

I remember those days. I even had my cat shaved once because of that. Is that tool reusable or disposable?

I think I've seen the commercial for that. It's good to know it works so well.

i bought one of those and poked a hole in it to clean it out and also just pick gobs of hair off the rollers that didn't go in it yet. i've used it and used it that way. didn't have to spend $6.00 more every time i needed to use it.
i use it mainly on my ottoman they love to lay on. i have a fitted quilt on it and talk about cat hair!!

and I thought I was the only one who did this. I use my vacuum to suck out the fuzzies. really cleans a quilt nicely after a night with 2 dogs on the bed--VBG

I have 1 of these. They work great, I've even taken the roller thinges out, dumped & replaced. But of course they'd like U to buy more.
Also found the sticky, sheets on rollers work really well too.

I have one too. I just pop out the one roller, pull out this huge gob of fur and pop the roller back in. Still works great. Thanks to my kitties for test driving all my quilts for me. Keeps me safe. From what I don't know, just let me have my fantasies. I was wondering if you could use that fur to stuff a toy or pillow? Would it beard?
