I just finished this ruffled dress for my granddaughter, Gigi, 4 years old! She loves it and wore it for picture day at her preschool! (I uploaded the pic twice and I have no idea why it is sideways!!)

Darling dress and GD. My 3 yo granddaughter refuses to wear dresses. I made her several and some took me hours to make. The other day she asked what I was sewing and I said a dress for you (I wasn't) and she said "I won't wear it" So much that :)
