No fourth graders for me today. YEA I'm about two hours away from a finished quilt top. Why am I online? Can't seem to walk away when I know I have the day off.

I work in Troy, Michigan, and we have school today. However, it's only a half-day because of mid-terms. I had some ice where I live which is south of where I work. When I walked across the parking lot, however, there were some slick spots. It's mostly rain -- YUCK!!! It looks so gloomy today. I'm VERY happy that we didn't get all the ice that was predicted!!!!!! :-)

We had an early release so we're all home now -contemplating what we'll do with our extra time. After I help with moving some snow around outside, I'm a'sewing!

We got sseveral inches last night, but this was a teacher work day today anyway. Kids don't go to school enough anymore. I know ours are at friends houses.
