Senior Moments...

This is dedicated to all of us who are seniors, to all of you who know seniors, and to all of you who will become seniors.
"WHERE is my SUNDAY paper?!" The irate customer calling the newspaper office, loudly demanded to know where her Sunday edition was.
"Madam", said the newspaper employee, "today is Saturday. The Sunday paper is not delivered until tomorrow, on SUNDAY". There was quite and long pause on the other end of the phone, followed by a ray of recognition as she was heard to mutter, "Well hell, that explains why no one was at church today."

A real good one. As soon as I could stop giggling, I sent it onwards to friends and family to enjoy.
Not that I've ever done anything like that. Not me. Never.
That one day a long time ago when my alarm decided to go off on its own was not my fault for thinking it was a work day, on a Sunday. I still remember how silent the entire the empty parking lot was...before I saw the church parking lot was full.
