stock up time elmers dual tip washable glue pen
http://www.elmers.com/product/detail/E134 this is the one I use it's the same school washable glue just in a tube and when I ran out of it I couldn't find it anymore so I am gonna stock up maybe even clean the shelf I really liked it and worked well for me I thought about refilling the empty on but couldn't get the tips to come off

I buy the liquid glue, pour it into a small plastic bowl, add a little water to make it spread easier, and use a small paint brush (1") to dab it on my quilts as I'm layering. Works great, fast, and of course, washes out when I'm done quilting it. The next time I buy, it will be the gallon size, through Walmart....
