Ursula, that is, the one on the left. You'd never guess how evil she is by looking at that smile!

That's my daughter in the octopus costume. One show down and one to go. Only minor wardrobe malfunctinos so far.

I'm not so sure about the adorable part in these photos!

The show went well, though, and now she's off to a sleep-over with some of the girls in the show. They will be having a marathon Harry Potter movie viewing, and tomorrow they will go to see the new movie.

PS. The play sold out... which is bad 'cause not all the people who would have liked to see it could... but it's good in that it was a full house for the cast (who absolutely thrived on the additional energy). Plus it brought in a little more money that can be used for future musicals. Tickets were just $2 and $4, which gives a LOT of entertainment for the money.

I am so glad I went hunting for this. I wanted to see your daughter all decked out as Ursula. Looks like they put on a fantastic performance. Thanks so much for the full costume photos. Love the shot of her with King Triton. It looks like she enjoyed performing.

Oh, she had such a ball! She has a flair for the dramatic (great for on-stage, not so great for at-home).

That particular picture got me to ... uhhh... wondering if she will grow up Wagnerian opera roles. Oh dear. Maybe I'd better tell her that it's not too early to start watching her weight!
