There's probably no need to worry if you have a regular cell phone. I just checked with DH and he felt that only the GSM phones might have enough power to be able to do something like that.

FYI, DH manages a group that designs components for cell phones. However, I might try to conduct an independent experiment tonight ;-)

my son says they tried this in BOCES and could not get it to pop tried up to 8 phones and nothing.. I thought he was doing auto body :(
