Is anybody at the Sister's Quilter's Affair? This is the big week. It used to be over by Saturday evening (2nd Saturday of July) but this year they have "Save it for Sunday" with more activities.

I'm going!!! I live in LaPine -- 40 miles away. My GF is coming on Thursday to go with me!!!! :-D I can't wait. I don't know where you live but if you're near Bend, the High Desert Museum is featuring "Quilts from Bedding to Bonnets" --says: explore the uses for quilts from the 19th-century through 1930. They'll be having this until July 24th. :-D

I am in Madras. I have not decided if I am going to join the rat race on Saturday or not. I have not been to the High Desert Museum in so many years....maybe 30 years. Went with my younger son on a field trip there one time. He is 40 now. Maybe I can catch that before it is over.

I have always wanted to go to this. I LOVE Oregon... :) and always see the photos of this event. One day... Too far for me to go right now with husband's health. I will make it one day though! ENJOY!!! Happy independence Day
