Thank you! We're in Maine, as well. I think we're stocked up on everything we need should we lose power for a couple of days. Hope you all make it through unscathed! :)

Thanks! I live a few miles from the Delaware River and ready for Irene. My BF who is a truck driver drove up the DE coast last night and said there was blinking signs on the highway about possible evacuations & staying safe. He said the traffic going North was bad. Munchie food, water & sewing machine ready to roll out!

Yup...have two hses in the path...one in NY and RI...
Now trying to decide if I should leave hubby in one and I should head for the other to man and get stuff put away that's hanging out on the deck and in the gardens etc...Guess 'I'll be hitting the Rd ahead of it...

Absolutely - everyone take care of yourselves. Maybe I've been living in D.C. too long. First and earthquake and now a hurricane. I'm thinking even God is ticked off at the politicians....
