Snow in Iowa

This is a drift outside my front door. I am 5 foot tall and its taller than I am.

I'm in Iowa too - I have a nice drift like that on our deck - our dog was not a happy camper this morning :) Beautiful snowfall, though :) Can't imagine the long ago days of out houses!!

That's what is like in SE Iowa too. Some of the main highways are still closed. Our snowblower is too small for all of this snow. So we are waiting in line for someone to dig us out.

I'm in Iowa too. The front of the house looks like that too and I am waiting to get plowed out. Looks like I have about a 20 foot stretch between the garage door and the street about 4 foot deep. I know I can't shovel that much but I did clear a patch in the yard for the dog. Not that she wants to go out, it is so cold. 3 degrees. Waiting for spring!!!
