Thought I would share some snow pictures. It is 28F at 11 a.m.

the golf course on base

brrrr....Looks just as cold there as it is here! I assume this is unusual weather for you? I always thought of Japan as being a warm climate!

We are on the same latitude as New York, so cold weather and snow is the norm here in northern Japan.

We get a good amount of snow here. Since last week we got 36 inches of snow and more is on the way. We can get snow until April/May.
