Default So where do YOU keep your workout equipment??

'Tis the season to feel fluffy, and I'm asking hubby for awhile now to bring my elliptical up to the bedroom so I could use it. Right now it's down in the 'dungeon' - a room in the basement with no windows. I will definitely NOT go down there, even only for 20 minutes. I'm wondering where other people keep their equipment. I know it's unsightly, but its gotta go somewhere.

I really don't have a lot for equipment - just my tennis/running shoes and the Wii fitness balance board. I keep the shoes near the couch and the board under the couch - but with both in eyesight.

In my Green house, my Ax, hoe, shovel, lawn mower, weed eater, knee pads, chain saw, ladder, ect. I don't do much exercise in the winter, maybe a brisk walk while out shoping! LOL

My Gazelle is in the guestroom along with my HQ setup. Aside from that I have the Wii board and some hand weights. Wish I could walk during the summer but Florida means humidity and asthma means I can't pull oxygen from the air. This is the time of year I can walk Bryn twice a day and get some good exercise.

I keep mine in the sun porch, too hot to use in summer, too cold to use in winter. But I do all the yard & garden work in
summer, and I have a barn full of animals in winter. That means horse & mule apples to shovel nearly every day, sheep & chicken pens once in spring & rabbit cages once a week. I really like the work out when you don`t know your doing it.

Treadmill is in my husbands room. I don't use it much as I try to get to the gym at least 4 times a week. I do a senior fit twice a week for an hour and the other days I walk the treadmill and do weights. I also do some things at home to help my back.

Workout equipment? What workout equipment? Oh, you mean that platform (um, treadmill) in the basement that I store stuff on? I have good intentions, but...

When I had a treadmill, I kept it buried under a pile of clothing. Then I sold it to a friend, who did the same thing with it!
