Just wanted to share as many have been asking. I am 6 weeks out from surgery on my ankle and now using a soft boot instead of that heavy ugly to the knee boot. I am so excited to be able to put weight on my foot again and walk upright on two feet. I will be back among my quilting groups and sewing more than ever! I have been sewing with my left foot. You all have kept me sane throught this all! My patience with it all has been wearing thin--hard to keep me down but it did. Soon I will be dancing on the tables again--LOL.

I wouldn't dance on the table, or you might be back in that boot again! LOL

Glad to hear that you are getting back to normal, but I would maybe avoid the table dancing just yet (lol).

I am glad to hear you are healing well enough to be out of the "dredded black boot"!

My mom was casted for 6 weeks starting back in early March. She is STILL in the black "up to your knee" boot!

Glad you are on your way to a full recovery! You'll be quilting up a storm in no time! And please don't dance on the table, why tempt fate? LOL
