One day, at the dentist, I was grumping about something - seems we can always find something to grump about if we try hard - Anyway, according to him.........

"Patti, when you woke up this morning and stretched, did you feel wood?"
"no, Doc"
"Then it's a Good Day!"

I have tried all my days to think of each day as one of my best days. Some have been not so good ones but I discovered for the most part a good day starts with me doing what I need to do to make it a good one.
