Stitches

in my face!! again.
just had two more basal cell skin cancers removed, so i have stitches in front of my right ear and in the hairline at my left temple. the plastic surgeon had to shave some of my hair there. oh well, at least they are gone.
in 1992 i had one removed under my left eye that i'd had for at least 10 yrs and had complained and complained to Doctor's about.
Use sunscreen ladies and hats and sunglasses, please!
here in Colorado i'm one mile above sea level and this sun is terrible, but all this sun damage to my skin was done sunbathing in Texas. so watch yourself girls and guys.

We do need sun though, we were evolved to live with it. But now they're saying that chemicals in the sun screen itself will cause cancer, can't win for losing. Grandma was right, wear a hat and long sleeves and gloves when hoeing the garden for a long time.
Just a few moments each day in the sun, but I cringe when I see pictures of almost naked bodies lying on the sand near water for hours each visit.
