Today is the first day that felt like spring is here. Noticed that the Robins have arrived. Amazing! No birds yesterday and now they are here in force.

Also the frogs are chirping. Heard them for the first time tonight.

I am so torn. There is so much to do outside, like pruning, turn the compost pile, clean the greenhouse, clean the chicken house, start planting lettuce and cool weather veggies. But I really want to work on my quilts. On top of all this the people in this house want to be fed and want clean clothes. Can you imagine that?

It is a hard call this time of year. I can spend hours in the yard this time of year and will get the veggies planted this week.

No spring here. More snow and cold. Highs this week in the 30's so won't melt to fast. Maybe next week

We got another 3 inches of snow last night. Enough already. Spring, please hurry.
