I was just looking out the kitchen window and I just seen the first Robin of the year .

I did see one on February 15th. But not one since! My husband and I have a contest each Spring - who sees the first robin. BUT, the robin must be on the ground - not in a tree.

The same week, my neighbor had a dozen red wing black birds in his yard!! And when we were talking, a bee was buzzing about his head.

Now.... we have snow again :(

they've been here in VA for a 2/3 weeks now...that groundhog phil didnt see his shadow this yr...supposed to mean an early spring
