I just got a mosquito bite!!!!!! And it is 77 right now with a heat index of 79 - which was also the high. I did a bit of digging in the flowerbeds this afternoon and it was already too hot for shovel work.

Man oh man, I hope this isn't a preview of a too hot summer!

I'm ready for Dogwood Winter now please

Lucky you! Just realized I haven't had to dust the house for months! So much rain and mud!

Did you see the post about using Bounce fabric softening sheets to repel mossies? Let us know if it works!

Our snow levels are at 1,800 feet at the moment and we just had a major pileup on I-80 due to snow spinouts. Yep, sounds like spring to me. lol

I detest Spring and Summer! I am a Fall/Winter person and am really dreading this year! It is already so hot (81 here today) we have had the A/C on in the house! YECH! Where most people have high power bills in the winter, mine are always in the summer! We like to keep the house around 68! I also have allergies out the wazoo, so pollen time is no fun! I try to hibernate during the spring!

I detest winter and all the naked trees, dead looking grass, snow, ice, sleet and anything that resembles cold weather. Sorry some don't like warm weather ..if I could I'd live in the tropics...I can always remember all of the miseries of winters thru pictures.
