Default State Fair Cowgirls

There were LOTS of young cowboys, cowgirls, ranchers, farmers at the Fair with their animals. When we toured the livestock area, most of the kids were sound asleep on hay bales or on benches...The must have worked so hard to get ready, get to and set up at the fair. I had to snap this photo of two cowgirls - who are obviously dedicated to, and have an amazing relationship with, the heifers they brought to the show.

WOW, I have worked at the County fair setting up the craft section and you can get tired out after a hard day's work.

my heart goes out to these kids I use to raise animals in the 4-H program when I was a kid and for most of these kids they love their animal and it is the last time they get to spend with them as most of them are sold

That's adorable. Brings back memories of taking my kids to the livestock show.
