I am soooo bad about just sticking stuff in the envelope and away it goes. I've gotten stuff too that has the person's name on it but I can't find the ID on the QB to give feed back. I promise to add a note with my name and ID on anymore packages that I send out!!!

yep adding the ID sure makes a lot of sense but it is something we can easily forget.

I usually put a note of thanks in with the check, cash, or M.O. that includes both names.
