Wind

I had forgotten what a hurricane felt like. The winds are so strong and noisy no way anyone can sleep. Rain is coming down by the buckets. I remember this being the usual in Puerto Rico when I was a kid, but it's being years since I've being through this. If only we can keep electricity, we'll be fine. I called my Mom over the weekend to make sure they were fine during Irene, which barely touched them, and today she called me. Kind of funny!
