Seems odd to be posting about surgery in recipe section !!

We talked about cooking ahead for ppl having surgery & didn't find that thread.Anyway, it's here for me.Having a total hip replacement tomorrow.Done cooking, cleaning etc.All I can do now is bite my nails & wish it was over.

I'm praying for good results & would appreciate your prayers & good thoughts. Can't have too many prayers. Thanks in advance & will let you know how it goes when I can get on here.Patti

My prayers are with you. I do know of a couple people that have had that surgery and they love the results. One just came back to work and I can really tell the difference in his walk and he says he feels 110 percent better. Wishing a speedy recovery. Marilyn

Maybe you have a church family that will help you with a meal train to provide meals for you and your family while you recover. You can go to this site to see how it works. http://www.mealtrain.com

Hubby has had 2 hip replacements (3 years apart) and both were HUGE successes! He's so glad he had them done.

Big HUG from me ... and wish you a speedy recovery! :)
