Default SWMBO Results.

My wife asks me recently if there was any way I could devise a cabinet that could be used in conjunction with the pedestal sink in her bathroom. So I took my trusty tape rule upstairs to the aforesaid room, measured the area adjacent to her sink. Here is what transpired. She didn't want to detract from the pedestal sink and yet she wanted a place to store items of daily use so that she did not have to go across the room to get them. A second requirement, was that it was not to have a door on it. When you come into the room, you enter from the door adjacent to the cabinet, so you don't see the contents unless you are all the way into the room and turn 180 degrees and face the sink. I used some lovely Southern White Pine and assembled it with dovetails and a number of coats of Varnish for protection. She's happy, I chalk up another notch on the good husband list, and life moves on.
Enjoy

John

Ok, let me get this straight. She told you what she wanted, gave you her list of requirements and you did it? And it came out looking this good?

Can you come to my house? Would your wife be willing to rent you out to train other husbands?

That is a beautiful cabinet, and beautiful workmanship! I'd say you have earned the right to chalk up another notch on the good husband list. Your wife must be very proud.
