I don't even know how to say this. Yesterday my parent's two year old Standard Poodle Andrew passed away.

The sliding door on their Odessey somehow opened on it's own when my Dad got out to shut the gate to our driveway and Andrew and Eric got out. You can probably guess the rest. At least it was fast....

They had the Mom, Dad and one of their puppies. (Eric is thirteen months old.)

We called the poodles our furry brother, sister and nephew. Our Doberman, Emily loves to have them come visit and I swear she could count and always realized when one was missing. (Staying with my Mom.)

It's even more sad because, as some of you know, one of the puppies died in October, we don't even know how.

That is so sad. I am very sorry. Those four-legged fur-babies are part of our families and it throws us for a loop when bad things happen to them.

Celeste, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to lose a furbaby. Have you heard of the Rainbow Bridge? Here is a link:

http://rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm

All the furbabies are waiting at the bridge for us to join them.
